Initially, the building was used as a hotel, later being transformed into a nursing home. Thus, the residents benefit from a high level of comfort. The whole business was designed to operate independently of utility networks, having its own water source, private water treatment plant and wastewater treatment system, supplemented with a system for separating grease from domestic wastewater from the kitchen.
The team's vision is to make every resident feel at home. The team works with dedication, aiming to create a warm atmosphere, in which residents enjoy waking up in the morning, looking forward to the next day and going to bed at night, feeling happy, loved and satisfied after they have had a great day together.
