The beginnings of the business can be found in the '70s, but then it operated under a different name. In fact, even the registered HQ was, at that time, in another location. The rapid development of the city and implicitly the number of requests determined the relocation of the activity to the current location. However, the new headquarters were not generous enough for the business to operate in the best conditions. In 2000, the company changed its status, becoming a joint-stock company, with fully private capital. In fact, this moment also marks the beginning of the re-emergence due to the resizing and diversification of the activity, but also to the start of new endeavours. All the company's profit was directed for the construction of new spaces, with an area of ​​over 1000 square meters, which practically doubled the initial construction. They proved necessary because the business plan developed by the company's management concluded that it was time to engage in new activities, but also to develop the existing ones. In this line, as well as due to the notoriety gained, 5 new branches were opened in 5 counties of the country.

This business is currently operating at a good-enough level but has not yet reached its full potential for development, as the advanced age of shareholders, as well as the fact that their children do not want to take over the business, has led to a capping of business. Thus, the intervention of a new, young shareholder, with energy and long-term vision, is absolutely necessary to maintain and to systematically and intelligently grow this business.
